The service
The service lets you upload and analyse digital tachograph (.ddd) files, produce working-time records, see possible infringements, and export to PDF and Excel.
Intended use
The service is intended for business users (employers and transport companies), not consumers. The user must ensure they have a proper legal basis for processing their drivers' data.
Price and promo period
During the promo period the service is free and no features are restricted. The provider may end the promo period at any time and introduce paid plans, giving notice by email beforehand. Charging does not apply retroactively.
User obligations
The user uploads only files they are entitled to, does not attempt to access other users' data, and does not load the service in a way that impairs its operation.
Accuracy of calculations
Calculations rest solely on the data in the uploaded file. The service is an aid and does not replace the employer's judgement or a decision of a competent authority. Rules not yet verified against an official source are marked as such in the application. The user must check results before relying on them officially.
Liability
The service is provided as is. The provider is not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, or damage arising from incorrect use of the results. Liability is not excluded for intent or gross negligence, nor where it cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
Availability
The provider aims for continuous operation but does not guarantee availability. The service may be briefly unavailable for maintenance.
Termination
The user may stop using the service and delete their files at any time. The provider may restrict or close an account that breaches these terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Slovenian law applies. The court in Maribor has jurisdiction over any dispute.
